These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Telemedicare mobile application (the "Service") operated by Telemedicare Establishment. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

The mobile/tablet application Telemedicare App & Sanar Pro (hereinafter referred to as "Application" or "App") is owned by Telemedicare Establishment.

2Website/App Purpose
Telemedicare Establishment seeks to connect users with healthcare professionals through the use of digital technologies and innovative tools with great feasibility, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Telemedicare Establishment's purpose is collecting non-personally identifying information to better understand how Telemedicare users as a whole use our website.
From time to time, Telemedicare Establishment may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. Telemedicare also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs/sites. Telemedicare only discloses logged-in user information under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
3Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Telemedicare application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
4Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Telemedicare per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Telemedicare at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any cached materials whether in electronic or printed format.
5Medical Services
The medical consultations provided through Telemedicare are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Saudi Arabia. All medical reports and certificates issued through our platform are legally valid and recognized by employers and institutions within Saudi Arabia.
Important Medical Disclaimers:
- Telemedicine consultations are not suitable for emergency medical situations
- In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services immediately
- The diagnosis and treatment recommendations are based on the information provided by the patient
- Physical examination limitations may affect the accuracy of remote diagnosis
6Payment Terms
All payments for medical consultations must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway powered by Moyasar. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods available in Saudi Arabia.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of booking if consultation has not been completed
- No refunds will be provided after the consultation has been completed
- Technical issues preventing consultation will be eligible for full refund
- Refund processing may take 3-5 business days
7User Responsibilities
By using Telemedicare, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service only for legitimate medical consultation purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the healthcare professionals and maintain appropriate conduct during consultations
- Not share, distribute, or misuse any medical reports or certificates
8Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Telemedicare Establishment, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
